Exchanges
We will accept any exchanges on items purchased within 28 days, if the items are unopened and in their original packaging. The shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We will accept any returns on items purchased within 28 days, if the items are unopened and in their original packaging. The shipping charges to return the item to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer if the item is not faulty.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund on all new, unopened items returned within 28 days of delivery, if the items are in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on items in our clearance section or on a clearance sale.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your product.

What Happens If a Parcel Is Refused at the Delivery?
If a parcel is refused at its destination and subsequently returned to our facility, refunds will be considered only after the goods are received in resalable condition.
Approved refunds will cover the cost of the goods only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
