Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on bank holidays or weekends. Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unforeseen economic circumstances, we will notify our customers beforehand should this apply.

We offer collections at no extra cost.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £195 (excl. VAT) subject to the following:
- Your order is under 15kg
- TDP lamps, promotions, sales and/or clearance items do not qualify for free shipping
- If you would like to purchase the above products as well, please place a separate order with the excluded items to qualify for free shipping on your first order
- Unfortunately this offer is exclusive to retail customers only and deliveries in the UK.
When will I receive my order?
Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked Service: Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days
DPD Delivery Service: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on bank holidays or weekends.
In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

I want to ship to Europe?
Our sister company, Meridius Medical GmbH, has taken on sole distribution in Europe following Brexit. If you would like to place an order but live in Europe please order through Meridius Medical GmbH website.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@acuprime.com with your name and invoice number, and we will look into it for you ASAP.
How can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within one hour of placing your order.
If you would like to cancel your order please call us on 01392 829500 or email us at info@acuprime.com and we will issue a refund.
