Spring needle with adjustable length: by screwing the length adjuster the sleeve can be moved up and down thus exposing more or less of the needle length. With the needle slightly exposed the stimulation is weaker and with more length exposed it is stronger. With slight needle exposure, it is possible to give quick, successive stimulation all along the skin or meridian. The opposite end has a ball-shaped stimulator for rubbing the skin.
